I had a really great experience with this storage facility! The staff were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful from the very beginning. They took the time to explain the unit sizes and helped me figure out exactly what I needed based on my items. Everything was clear and straightforward—no hidden fees or confusion.
The unit itself was clean, secure, and easy to access. I felt completely at ease storing my belongings here. They were also flexible with my schedule, which I really appreciated during a busy moving period.

Excellent customer service by the store manager, Mr. Yong Wang. He was very honest and respectful.
The strange place look excellent and brand new. No funny odours sorry I’m doing in the facility.
The storage is very easy to be found. There’s easy access from the back for the trucks and cars.
All the storages are well lit and bright.
I highly recommend this place.
Today, June 21, I revisited my storages again to get a bigger locker.
As usual, Mr. Yong was very pleasant and helpful. I wish there were more people like Mr. Yong in all the professional offices.

Easy access - especially for the movers.
Storage area is very clean and the staff are friendly and informative. I didn't have to ask any questions - staff members told me all I needed to know!

⭐️The store manager Yong Wang has the nicest demeanor which makes the customer experience smooth and pleasant.
🧼 Additionally, Access Storage Markham is by far the cleanest storage facility I’ve ever encountered. This is due to the constant maintenance they have.
💰 The price point of this place is fair and competitive. I would recommend anyone to store their belongings here!
