Very clean and bright with good and easy access. Very reasonable price for the location. Office staff Yong Wang was very polite, helpful and patient. He answered all our questions and explained everything clearly.👍👍

We had a unit at Access storage years ago, but left because it became too far from us when our kids stopped going to school near there. We are long term customers as we use the storage for our business. Our current storage place was hiking the rent far too often and a brand new Access storage opened up near us and they had great rates and promotion so we switched. It's a very clean, bright place and hopefully won't have as much issue hiking rents so often. The only thing that would make this even better is if they offered some kind of special pricing for long term customers. All the promotions are for new business, and that's nice now that we are new customers here again, but the loyal people that occupy long term units (I've had one for 13 years) deserve something better than rent increases every few months. This would make it a 5 star experience.

I had a very good experience with this collection and I am very happy that I have used this space to store my household items for a while. In terms of price, access to internal facilities, politeness and respect of personnel, answering questions are at a very good and acceptable level. Definitely, if I plan to choose a place to keep my baby again, I will choose this place.

Climate control storage, reasonable price, highly security monitoring whole storage are. Only 2 lift in service.
