SmartStop Self Storage - Markham

I had a great experience with Ms. Minoli at the SmartStop Markham branch. She was incredibly helpful in choosing the right storage unit for me. Her pleasant demeanor, extensive knowledge, and punctuality made the process smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend her and the services at this location

Dineli and Minoli gave us excellent customer service. They were friendly and so helpful. Dineli explained the contract to us clearly. We had a very good experience today considering it's our first time using a storage. 5/5 stars!

After viewing units at the Boxgrove Location and reserving to different sized units to view i received a phone call from Minoli, who scheduled an appointment for later in the day so i could view the units i had reserved. I met Minoli at the location and she introduced me to the facility, outlining the security features of the facility, the large loading bays as well as pointing out appealing features such as climate control while showing me the two different units I had reserved to view. The 3 loading bays, in total give me the impression that waiting to drop off / pick up belongings may be a rare occurrence providing customers adher to such courtesies as removing their vehicles from the bays while at their lockers. On the following day, I returned to rent the larger of the two lockers I had reserved to view the day before. On this occasion I had the pleasure of meeting Mithara who looked after my registration and provided me the lock and keys for my unit. Once registration was complete Mithara took me to the unit, while reviewing company policies and customer requirements. Overall it was a hassle free experience with attentive, courteous staff.

I used SmartStop storage to store my belongings and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! First of all the Markham location is so clean, fresh and new it has a great feel to it. And the store manager Minoli was absolutely amazing - she took time to answer all my questions and reassured me of my concerns, gave me a thorough walk through and I left feeling so great and felt that my belongings are in a good secure facility that’s looked after by great people.
