AMAZING WORKERS! My boyfriend and I recently had the pleasure of working with Vicky and Minoli during our rental process, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Both were incredibly kind and helpful throughout every step, making the entire experience stress-free and even fun. Talking to them was informative but enjoyable. It is nice to know that Vicky and Minoli are the ones that we will get to see. Their excellent service truly stood out, and I’m grateful for their dedication to giving above and beyond service.

I met Vicky initially when I walked in to get a quote for a storage unit. She was helpful and friendly. I returned over a week later and the moment I walked in and saw Vicky she said “Hi Laura, it’s good to see you!” I was surprised she remembered me, but this just speaks to her professionalism. She’s attentive, patient, kind, helpful, knowledgeable and is wonderful at what she does. I would absolutely recommend speaking with Vicky if you are looking for a storage unit. She’s awesome!

Minoli was so helpful getting us into the appropriate storage unit. No pressure and all conditions were explained patiently to us. She went out of her way to help us decide and talked with us multiple times to answer all our questions. Such service is much appreciated. Many thanks 🙏🏻

I own a unit at this location and the facility is pristine, thanks to its newness, and the drive-in drop-off option is a fantastic feature—especially when the weather isn’t cooperating. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the outstanding customer service provided by Vicky and Minoli. They are incredibly helpful, accommodating, and friendly. Despite the busyness, they always have a smile on their faces and go above and beyond to assist customers. I have, however, encountered a couple of challenges. Sometimes, there aren't enough moving carts available, and the elevators tend to close too quickly after opening, making it difficult to maneuver larger loads. Other than that a great facility!
