This is the first time I’ve ever rented a storage space, the team at SmartStop made it so simple and efficient everything was done within 20mins, follow up calls to make sure I received all the paperwork and another to ensure I have an appointment to come in to collect locks & do a tour of the building! We recently rented a storage unit from SmartStop on Copper Creek. Dineli was very helpful giving us suggestions, showing us the units and options we have. She was very patient and pleasant despite the amount of questions we had. The place was very bright and clean with multiple unloading gates.
