Minoli was so professional and friendly. She made my first experience with self-storage easy with her service. She suggested the unit with the right size for my furniture, gave me a tour around my unit and made sure I knew how to use the lock. Unfortunately, the next day, I had decided to cancel leasing the unit. Minoli and Dineli were very understanding of my situation and helped me with the move-out process. I will for sure return to this location in the future for the excellent customer service and clean storage. Thank you, ladies, for your fabulous customer service! :)

I had a great experience with Smart Stop Storage; the facility is very clean, and I found the perfect unit size for my needs. I especially want to thank Dineli, who was an incredibly skilled and professional employee. She helped me find the right storage unit based on the amount of furniture I had, showed me all the available sizes, and clearly explained the entire process, including all the fees.
She also taught me how to properly lock the unit and how to use the access code. Even when there was a situation where another family was moving their items and the main door wasn’t accessible, she immediately showed up and resolved the issue with great professionalism and efficiency.
I truly appreciate her help and excellent service.

Minoli was super helpful when I went into the store yesterday to look for a storage unit for the winter. She showed me the facilities, helped me analyze how big of a storage I would need, told me about the hours of operations and payment options, etc. And I feel very informed when making my decision to rent. I ended up signing the lease on the spot. I initially wanted to go shop for the best price/services/options, but Minoli was so friendly and patient in answering all my questions that I decided to not look elsewhere. Thanks for your top notch dedication to customer service.

This is the first time I’ve ever rented a storage space, the team at SmartStop made it so simple and efficient everything was done within 20mins, follow up calls to make sure I received all the paperwork and another to ensure I have an appointment to come in to collect locks & do a tour of the building!
