The staff members （Minoli and Dineli）who assisted me was extremely warm, professional, and attentive. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. They patiently answered all my questions and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
In addition, I was very impressed by the cleanliness and organization of the storage room. The facility is exceptionally well maintained, and the temperature control is perfect. It provides a comfortable and secure environment for storing belongings, which gives me great peace of mind.
It is not often that we encounter such thoughtful and high-quality service, and I truly appreciate the effort and dedication demonstrated by your team.

I came to rent a storage unit, and MINOLI & DINELI assisted me throughout the process. They explained all the inquiries we have. I originally select 1 big unit and a week later we swap to another smaller unit. They clearly explained all the details and how does the transfer works. Their professionalism and helpful attitude made the experience smooth and pleasant.

Minoli was so professional and friendly. She made my first experience with self-storage easy with her service. She suggested the unit with the right size for my furniture, gave me a tour around my unit and made sure I knew how to use the lock. Unfortunately, the next day, I had decided to cancel leasing the unit. Minoli and Dineli were very understanding of my situation and helped me with the move-out process. I will for sure return to this location in the future for the excellent customer service and clean storage. Thank you, ladies, for your fabulous customer service! :)

Dineli helped me and was super efficient and explained everything perfectly. The process was very easy and streamlined. Would reccommend! Smartstop is very clean and brightly lit.
