Vaultra Storage D2D Services - Markham
Service Dates: May 2025 - Several
I am writing this long-over due and well deserved, client review to salute the D2D Service Team and Vaultra Storage - Matkham Team overall, for several full-day Door-to-Door (D2D) Long-Term Storage moves made from my Custom-Home to their brand new, State-of-the-Art, well maintained, high-security, convenient and easily accessed Storage Facility in MARKHAM as I continue to "down-size" properties long-term.
Their Staff and Management and Operations Team and D2D Client Care Team, Are phenomenal to say the least, and I am "a hard one to impress".
They pay attention to each snd every detail involved, logistic-wise, time-wise and other wise. The Client Experience, Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, both short-term and long-term are their ONLY goals.
That being said, they are still able to offer discounts, reasonable pricing and customized further discounted D2D Moving & Storage Packaged Options as well, which is usually unheard of, and available to be offered from very few organizations to begin with.
My Client Experience started with a timely follow-up return phone call from Heath Donaldson, who was the Account Executive on the Sales front for their Door-to-Door (D2D) Services.
And Heath impressed me very much from the onset on all fronts, so much so, that I ordered and pre-paid for multiple dates needed to complete my services. What a relief from the get go, from a very stressful process, which is downsizing and long-term storing and moving.
The D2D Client Team treats your prized and priceless, heirlooms, art, crystal and china, fragile items, closet boxes, furniture, collections and household items, with extreme care and concern.
And makes sure that everything has its place and arrives safely to be stored in your dedicated and designated Vaultra Storage location. Which can also be accessed directly at any time should you need to, secured with a state-of-the-art locking system.
*The two D2D Client Moving Teams that helped my Family deserved a "special mention" on all fronts as well: MOSEIN, BABA, ALEJANDRO, SUPERVISOR MOHAMMED, SUPERVISOR, MO, SALEH, SUPERVISOR, and the rest of the D2D Moving & Storage Team.
*I would also like to thank the D2D Client Care Team Lead Shamir and the D2D Client Operations Manager Keegan, who keeps everything running smoothly, "moving parts and all". Both of whom I have dealt with directly on numerous occasions, for their kind and dedicated assistance "on all fronts".

I had a fantastic experience at Markham Vaultra Storage! The facility has a huge loading bay, making it super convenient for moving items in and out. The staff, especially Gereon, was incredibly accommodating, professional, and friendly, going above and beyond to assist.
The office is neat and organized, and the washroom was impressively clean—definitely appreciated! I will definitely be going back soon to use the facility again. Highly recommend this storage facility for its excellent service and well-maintained environment!

Clean and new facility , Subhra was awesome and knowledgeable and patient . She gave me a tour and answered all my questions . Their prices are comparative. The temperature is a little hot for my liking but they assured me it’s by the city guidelines .

We visited Vaultra Storage to get a quote for a locker and were assisted by Nalinga, who was on duty that day. She gave us a tour of the facility and showed us the available lockers for rent. The facility was very clean, and we appreciated how clearly Nalinga explained our options before we finalized the contract. She was friendly, approachable, and easy to talk to—we even shared a few laughs while completing the paperwork.
