The friendly and professional staff made the renting process seamless. The facility itself is clean and fresh. The storage units are easily accessible thanks to the three wide elevators and the availability of five dollies, which made moving my items incredibly convenient.

Fantastic service at Vaultra Storage in Markham! My wife and I were assisted by Nilanga, who was extremely helpful and professional throughout the entire process. The whole team was polite and welcoming. We were given a tour of the facility and shown various storage unit sizes, making it easy to find the perfect fit. We received a quote and finalized everything quickly. Before leaving, we were provided with clear instructions, and overall, the experience was seamless. We’ve had an outstanding experience with this storage facility. The staff, Nilanga is incredibly friendly and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of. From the moment we first inquired about a unit, they were professional, informative, and patient with all my questions and even showed us the sample unit.
The facility itself is clean, secure, and well-maintained, but what really stands out is the customer service. They make the whole process easy and stress-free. I felt confident leaving my belongings here, knowing that they genuinely care about their customers.
